The project is billed as a renovations and repair project for an 11 storey residential blocks of a total of 40 3 bed roomed flats which serve as police barracks. they are intended for police single, male and female police officers. each floor require planning to be rationalised and organised with communal facilities such as laundry and kitchens added and introduction of administrative spaces to the lower floors to accommodate overflow from the police station itself.
