Set within the confines of private family development, this residence had to fit within the prescribed rules of the complex. The idea was to challenge the large box typology by overlaying a fluid double volume wall that cut across the house to create a connective form. This allowed the user to meander through the double volume central space.

The wall acts as a central feature that connected the inside and outside of the house and adapts to the needs of the space by being pierced for light, or attaching a staircase for movement.
